Titus Bovenberg was born in 1957 and studied painting and sculpture at the Rotterdam Academy of Art. After his studies he left the arts for almost 20 years and worked as marketing and business consultant and copywriter. He lived for 8 years in Peru where he and his ex partner Jolanda van den Berg adopted 12 boys and started the Ninos Hotel project. He works, lives and paints in Peru (where Jolanda lives with their two daughters Panay and Toulouse), the Netherlands, Uruguay and Spain. Works are sold to collectors in Peru, The Netherlands, Uruguay, South Africa, Spain, Denmark and the United States.
